Year after year we've been proud supporters of charities and non-profits that fight horrible diseases. Our main focus has been to contribute to cancer research, but we love to come together with our staff and customers to raise money for important causes.
Supporting Local Breast Cancer Research: Car Nation Canada Donates to the 2026 BRIGHT Run
Car Nation Canada is proud to support the 2026 BRIGHT Run, backing critical, leading-edge breast cancer research taking place right here at the Juravinski Cancer Centre in Hamilton. Since 2008, this incredible community initiative has raised over $6.6 million and funded 24 groundbreaking studies aimed at advancing treatments, optimizing radiation therapies, and improving patient outcomes worldwide. Every dollar raised directly impacts local healthcare innovation, and we encourage our community to get involved, donate, or join the event on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Christie Lake Conservation Area through the BRIGHT Run donation portal.
West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation and McNally House Hospice
We are incredibly proud to share that we donated $5,000 to the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Foundation and McNally House Hospice. These organizations provide essential healthcare and compassionate end-of-life care to our neighbors, and it is an honor to support the vital work they do. We are also inspired by initiatives like Shine On by Harmony Jewellers, which reminds us all of the power of community spirit. Investing in the health and well-being of our local area is a core part of who we are, and we are grateful for the opportunity to help these local heroes continue their mission.
Cancer Reasearch and Awareness
We’ve proudly supported Breast Cancer Awareness and research for over 10 years, and we’re continuing that commitment in 2025. We’re honoured to contribute to the Canadian Cancer Society and their vital work advancing breast cancer research that saves lives. Every October, including this year, we donate $25 to the organization for each vehicle sold, totaling $10,000 donated in 2025 alone.
ALS Ice Bucket Challenge

All of our dealerships came together to take part in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, The challenge encourages participants to be filmed having a bucket of ice water poured on their heads and then nominating someone else to do it next in an effort to raise funds for ALS research.
